Maxie Anderson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who planned to attempt another balloon flight around the world, spoke to students from Northern Maine Vocational Technical Institute in Presque Isle who constructed a replica of his balloon Double Eagle II in which he crossed the Atlantic in 1978.
